A small selection of new books will be added to our morning read aloud session in week four. Some weeks we finish off a LOT of books and need a full selection, and other weeks we only finish off a few books, so our selection of new books is smaller. Week four is one of those weeks...
We are continuing with this series on Australian Rivers...
Both of these series are excellent and I've read many of the books aloud to Monster. I am enjoying reading these to Monkey now, and I'm extra pleased that they've added new books to both series. They didn't have the Rome books when Monster was studying Ancient History so he will be keen to listen in. The book on the right is aimed at a younger crowd, but the book on the left is adult non-fiction which will give in-depth information and cover subjects that won't be included in the junior non-fiction selection.
