Term Two: Week Three ~ A Disrupted Week

We had a bit of a disjointed week this week, so there weren't as many photos of our structured written work this week.

The two younger boys generally have "homework" from Sunday School at church now. Sometimes this is because they talk more than they work, and other times it is because they have a project to work on... in the case of this week... they were working on my Mother's Day cards. So I snapped a quick photo of Munchkin working on his colouring in page from the weekly lesson.

Early Wednesday morning we had our electricity turned off for an hour so they could replace the line that connects our meter to the power lines. Munchkin was the only one of the three boys up early enough, or interested enough, to go outside and watch them work.

It always amuses me when old toys become new again... No one has played with these magnetic toys in AGES and suddenly they are all Munchkin wants to play with again.

Thursday afternoon trip to the library for After School Activities. This week was craft and they made a "stain glassed bookmark" - also Munchkin was THRILLED that Dav Pilkey's new Cat Kid book was available to borrow as well.

Monkey finished another book for the Premier's Reading Challenge this week. He loved this book so I'm glad I spotted the review and thought to grab the book at the library.
